FAIRWAYS FOREST CIVIC ASSOCIATION - OUR GOVERNING DOCUMENTS

The Fairways Forest community was established in 1970 as a land-deed restricted community within Duval County, Florida and with a majority approval from the residents, renewed its Covenants and Revisions as amended in 2008. As a deed-restricted community, Fairway's Forest residents and their properties are subject to the Covenants and Restrictions, which run with the title of the land and pass from owner to owner. Residents within Fairways Forest, upon establishing residency in our community, are provided a copy of the Covenants and Restrictions, Amendments, and the Civic Association Bylaws.
