Please note that carports, sheds, shacks, and trailers are not permitted under the Covenants, nor may the Covenants Committee or Board of Directors approve such structure or exception to the covenants (Section 16 & 31). Covenant Violations: Please email us at covenants@fairwaysforest.org to report a violation.

Non-Emergency (Neighborhood disruption, Suspicious Person or Activity, Noise Ordinance violation, Illegal Activity):
Contact Jacksonville Sheriff's Office at (904) 630-0500. While it is helpful to contact Neighborhood Watch so that they may follow up and possibly assist, JSO is the most appropriate contact to assist in settling these situations and has the legal authority to do so in most cases. If you are wishing to just inform us of an incident, please feel free to contact us at siteadmin@fairwaysforest.org. Emergency (Medical, Fire, Criminal Act): Call 911 Streetlight repair: The Fairways Forest Covenants & Restrictions states that streetlights are the responsibility of the homeowner for maintenance and repair. Please contact a licensed electrician who may be able to repair the internal components of your fixture, or upgrade them to a 70W 4000K LED fixture.
Volunteers: The Association operates by the hands of the many men and women who donate their time to get things done. If you know of a particular activity that you would like to donate your talents to or you would just like to assist, please contact the committee you would like to assist with. A full list of committees may be found on our Board of Directors page. If you do not know which area you would like to serve, contact our Executive Officers who will be happy to assist you.
